Total number of candidates appearing for ETEA
It has seen more than 43,000 candidates take the ETEA exam. For the ETEA exam, students from 45 different areas participated in 45 indoor halls. However, 17,400 of these students were female candidates and the rest were male candidates. The students participated in seven regional centers located in Peshawar, Mardan, Swat, Malakand, Hazara, Kohat and Dera Ismail Khan.
An additional examination of the total number of candidates shows that the distribution of candidates was 18,027 in Peshawar, 5,552 in Mardan, 6,544 in Swat, 3,259 in Malakand and 5,241 in Hazara. ۔ 2,076 candidates participated in Kohat and 3,130 in DI Khan.
Educational testing and diagnostic agency services
Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency, ETEA is a testing service offered by an agency based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and was established in November 1998 under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act. The main services of this agency are to conduct entrance examinations for medical and engineering colleges. Every year thousands of students across the province appear for the exams and are approved for admission in medical and engineering colleges.
