Research
Lahore Women’s University College has set up a research center to provide modern research facilities and services to students.
Higher education institutions need standard benchmarks in their key performance areas. To institutionalize the quality control process, HEC has set up a Quality Assurance Agency.
A Quality Improvement Team has been set up at Lahore Women’s University College to implement the National Action Plan for Assessing, Evaluating and Certifying the Performance of Higher Education Institutions.
Libraries
The HEC Digital Library is a program designed to provide access to international scientific literature based on electronic (online) delivery for researchers from public and private universities and non-profit research and development institutions in Pakistan. ۔
The university’s main libraries (science, computer science, and art) have a collection of books, magazines, and publications, as well as national newspapers.
In addition to the main library, the graduate school has a seminar library.
The Ministry of Social Work has a library. Provide textbooks for deserving and needy students.
Student Activities
We have student societies and clubs to facilitate extracurricular activities and sports. The presidents and secretaries of these societies are nominated by the teachers. Students win prizes for participating in these activities. Shaukat Ara Niazi Gold Medal is awarded to students for their outstanding performance in literary activities.
