Rashid Latif Medical School, named after its founder Rashid Latif Khan, was founded in 2010. It is a private medical school located on Ferozepur Road in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Rashid Latif Medical School was founded on 28 acres of land on Ferozepur Road in Lahore by graduate students and medical instructors. Arif Memorial Teaching Hospital is a teaching hospital in Arif, Pakistan.

Admission Policy

With public results, the college admits 150 students. Gender-neutral admissions are granted by the Lahore University of Health Sciences’ yearly Concentrated Medical School Admission Test (MCAT). International students can also apply for admission through Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission. Candidates who meet the minimum academic standards for admission will be placed on an interview list and assessed on their abilities, communication skills, and English language skills.

Research

The Rashid Latif School of Medicine houses the Laboratory of Translational Oncology and Personalized Medicine (LTOPM). LTOPM’s mission is to focus on customized medicine by developing a preventive medical treatment for individuals based on their medical, family, and genetic profiles.
