Sheikh Zayed Medical School was established in March 2003. It is a public medical school located in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. It is named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Faculty of Medicine Rahim Yar Khan is attached to Sheikh Zayed Hospital. It has 1,700 beds and is the largest hospital in the Rahim Yar Khan area.

Certified by the Medical and Dental Council of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Education Pakistan. Each year, the college passes the entrance test conducted by Lahore University of Health Sciences and admits 150 students with public results.

History
Sheikh Zayed Medical College was established in March 2003 at Rahim Yar Khan District Headquarters Hospital. Prof. Dr. Isa Muhammad was its founder.

Sheikh Zayed Medical School Journal (JSZMC) is a research institute and regional research and distribution center, and Rahim Yar Khan is affiliated with Sheikh Zayed Medical School / Hospital R&D Support Unit. JSZMC is a jointly revised scientific journal that has been published regularly and on time since 2010. It is recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, Islamabad. JSZMC is also a member of Pakistan Medical Managers Association (PAME). We adhere to the guidelines of “Equal Requirements for Documents Submitted in Biomedical Journal: International Committee of Medical Journal Managers (ICMJE)”.
