The Institution of Education is a public research university in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, located in a residential area. It is a multi-campus university in Punjab, Pakistan, comprising institutes and campuses in many significant cities. The university’s main campus is in the city of Lahore. It was founded in 2002 and currently provides undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in a variety of subjects, including art and science. This university has approximately 13,000 students enrolled. The Higher Education Commission ranked it as one of Pakistan’s top institutions in 2010. (HEC).

Vehari Campus

In January 1998, the Government College for Elementary Teachers (W) Vehari was established. The main objective of this institute was teacher education. On June 22, 2005, GCET (W) Vehari was renamed University College of Education Vehari, following the formation of the University of Education, Lahore in August 2002. University College of Education Vehari was accorded the status of a University of Education, Lahore Campus on September 9, 2006.

Faisalabad campus

The university was founded in 1961. It began in the Auqaaf Department building on Diji Kot Road. The institution was relocated to the current site, which spans 23 acres. Faisalabad campus is the second-largest campus of the University of Education Lahore, after Township campus, in terms of departments, out of the university’s 12 campuses. Bank Road Campus Lahore

The University of Education Bank Road Campus, Lahore, was founded in 1933 as Lady Maclagan Training College in the heart of Lahore city. The Government College of Education for Women, Lahore, was established in 1976. It became one of the university’s campuses in September 2002, when the University of Education was founded.

Lower Mall Campus

The University of Education Lower Mall Campus, Lahore, was founded in 1933 as a Lady MAclagan Training College for women in Lahore and was eventually absorbed into the University of Education in September 2002.
