Admissions to the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture (IVS) are purely on merit. The three-tier process will complete the student’s final selection, which includes the aptitude test, the interview process, and meeting the basic eligibility criteria. The weights of the three levels are given below:
Basic Qualification Standard 20%
Aptitude test 40%
Interview 40%

The percentage of results of the aptitude test will be directly proportional to the marks obtained by the student in the test.
During the election interview, the candidate is evaluated on the basis of four categories, each of which has equal weight:
Commenting related skills
Commitment and passion to study in the applied program
Analytical and critical ability
Overall confidence
The following documents are required to proceed with the admission process:
Three passport size photos
Matric / O Levels and Intermediate / A Levels or equivalent Certificates and Mark Sheets / Transcripts
Applicants awaiting Intermediate or A Level results can attach their Part 1 Mark Sheet and Class XII Admit Card, or Appearance Test / Registration Slip for A Level.
Photocopy of CNIC and blood group card

Criteria for Admission to Workshops / Short Courses:
Candidate must be at least 16 years of age.
No previous art or design experience required.
Admission criteria for six-month diploma:
Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
Candidate must have passed Intermediate or A-Levels / Student awaiting result can also apply.
