Chang Institution (formerly known as Chang College) is a public university in Chang, Punjab, Pakistan. The Government’s Ministry of Higher Education founded Jhang University in 2010 in compliance with the JHANG University Act. The Punjab State Ministry of Higher Education wrote to the President requesting approval and the establishment of Chang University on at least 200 acres of land. The PMLN administration has vowed to build this university. In 2010, it was dedicated to the Zhang family. It received approval in 2015 and has been in use since the fall of 2019. It is now employed in a government structure.
